Gravity

Gravity is a wave. If you consider the mass of the universe at the time of the big bang and the resulting gravity wave that mass created, then you will understand why the edges of the universe are expanding. The crest of the early universe's gravity wave is pushing the edges out.

The trough of the gravity wave attracts mass. The crest of the wave pushes mass.
